CAPITAL RAISING

Our investment banking provides capital raising services through role as Lead Underwriter and Book Runner for securities issuance and Arranger for loan products. Our capability in IDR equity and bond underwriting business has earned us nomination from international community as one of Indonesia's top ten equity and bond houses.

As attestation, a year after our establishment, we had entered top ten domestic bond house league table, and in a short 2 years of time, we were ranked fifth (IFR Asia 2004) and sixth (Bloomberg 2005) in the IDR bond underwriting business. We were also ranked as the fifth largest equity underwriter in Indonesia in 2005 (Bloomberg).

FINANCIAL ADVISORY In addition to our capital raising business, our investment banking division provides financial advisory services in the area of mergers and acquisitions, divestiture and restructuring. Our advisory team has embarked on numerous highly-complex advisory transactions to government, state-owned enterprises as well as public companies. One of our landmark deals are when we were advising government through the Indonesian Bank Restructuring Agency on the sale of its credit assets, which topped over IDR 170 trillion. Other advisory clientele, to name a few, Elnusa, Patra Jasa, Bank Multicor, Millenium Pharmacon Internasional Tbk, Waskita Karya, Adhi Karya.
